Announcing Voxelorama

In our previous blog post about Pixelorama v0.10, we teased about an exciting announcement for our 10 years of Orama Interactive anniversary (17 of April 2012- 17 of April 2022). Two months ago we made a peculiar April Fools prank on our Discord server. We announced a Pixelorama extension that converts 2d pixels into 3d voxels, called Voxelorama, and that it would cost $9.99. But the next day, we admitted that this was, in fact, just a prank. Voxelorama will be free and open-source. Got you real good! So yes, Voxelorama is indeed a thing and it will be free. Notice the usage of future tense, but more on that later. Keep on reading to learn how you can get access to Voxelorama right now!

Pixelorama v0.10.1 is out!

We have amazing news for you! A new version of Pixelorama is releasing today, version 0.10.1, with some awesome new features and various changes. Along with that, we are also announcing Voxelorama, an extension for Pixelorama that converts your pixel art into voxel art. For more information on that, you can read this blog post.

Hello everyone! We hope you all are doing well. Pixelorama certainly has been! The love and support from the community has been rising, and we are extremely grateful for this. Statistically, we are currently sitting on over 75k downloads and 90k browser plays on itch.io and just a bit less than 3k stars on GitHub.

Pixelorama v0.9 is out!

Hello everyone, it’s been a while. Although we have been releasing smaller updates during this time (v0.8.1, v0.8.2 and v0.8.3), we haven’t released a big update for some time now. We have been working on this update hard, and we think it’s finally time to release it! Pixelorama has also seen progress in statistics. We are currently sitting on over 50k downloads and 52k browser plays on itch.io and 2.1k stars on GitHub.

Pixelorama v0.8 is out!

Pixelorama has been growing more and more. After v0.7 was released, we hit over 20k downloads on itch.io, and 1k stars on GitHub. We also got featured in Ask Gamedev’s Godot Engine Game Showcase 2020 video. You can see this awesome showcase here:
